As leader of the Design team, I oversee all aspects of the website design process – from inception to going live. My responsibilities include creating, designing and implementing your vision into a digital format that best represents your brand. I started using computers at a young age which started my passion for technology and I've never looked back. I obtained my degree in Computer Science – Multimedia Web/Interactive from the Pittsburgh Technical Institute. The flexible and employee-friendly environment at Infinite Synergy allows my team to create outside of the cubicle designs. In my free time, I enjoy getting outdoors and experiencing nature by mountain biking, hiking and camping.
As the Director of Development at Infinite Synergy, I focus on design, development, implementation and testing. I graduated from University of Akron with a bachelors degree in Computer Science for Business, and I have worked in IT field for more than 22 years, focusing on software development and implementation on three continents. The team approach at Infinite Synergy is what I feel separates this company all of the others. I enjoy all sports, and I am currently active in coaching youth football, baseball and basketball.
At Infinite Synergy I focus on software issues, hardware issues and network troubleshooting. My responsibilities at the company include IT Manager, Autotask Administrator, Project Manager, Network Administrator and Lead Technician. I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems with a specialty in management. I have a great deal of experience with Microsoft Office Suites, QuickBook's, and Data Recovery. My favorite part about working at Infinite Synergy is our staff, we're like a family here. During my spare time, I enjoy photography, scrapbooking, swimming and spending time with my family and friends.
I am Infinite Synergy's team leader for all things media. My responsibilities include the development and implementation of all internal and external marketing projects, including media relations, professional writing, branding, design and research. I work closely with Infinite Synergy's Director of Design, Graphic Design Specialist, and Social Media Specialist, and I enjoy watching our projects evolve into modern-day masterpieces! My educational experience includes an MA in Professional Writing and Editing from Youngstown State University and a BA in Public Relations from Westminster College. In my spare time, I enjoy… Oh, who am I kidding? I have no spare time!
My responsibilities at Infinite Synergy are to focus on telephone systems, network infrastructure and all things Cisco. My roles include IT Manager and Telecommunications Lead. I have extensive knowledge and experience with telecom solutions, Cisco products, and LAN/WANs. My favorite part about working at Infinite Synergy is getting to interact and help all of our clients. It is extremely gratifying to be able to save a person's or company's day. During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family, working out, and going to sporting events.
Although new to Infinite Synergy, I have worked with Steve for a number of years and am excited to contribute my passion for photography and media design to the team. With my background in Telecom and Managed Services, and years of professional photography experience, I'm able to provide a unique mix of industry know-how and applicable creative design. My work has appeared in several national print publications, as well as several online magazines and web-based catalogs. I'm a graduate of Youngstown State University and have always called Northeast Ohio home.
At Infinite Synergy, I manage all types of social media for our many different clients. Increasingly, a majority of a businesses' marketing plan is based around online sites like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. I am the one who reinforces the brands you follow every day! Infinite Synergy has such an outgoing, collaborative and creative team, I love coming to work every day - no two days are the same. When I'm not at work, I enjoy (what else?) staying connected on social media sites! LOL ;)
